My sister’s roommate Jackie is a vegetarian but she’ll still cook meat for us. Tonight’s bowl starting from the bottom layer: spinach leaves, brown rice, hard boiled egg, diced potatoes, tomatoes, avocado, celery, steak, and drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette.
