OPTIMAL OPTICAL NARCISSISM.  Thanks to my father, Microsoft and, more recently, Obama, I’ve been able to get a new pair of glasses every year even though my eyes aren’t really that bad. This year I joined the cool girls with cool glasses club with my new (prescription) frames from Warby Parker, as shown in the far left column. I think these thick-rimmed glasses fit swimmingly with my collection of librarians, half rims, rectangulars and nudes.
