Make It (Vegan): Signature Vegetable Soup and Whole Wheat Biscuits
Today’s vegan recipe is my Singature Vegetable Soup, made vegan. All I did to veganize it was subtract the chicken sausage and add about a cup more beans (I used garbanzo). I also used vegetable broth instead of chicken (obv). It tastes pretty much exactly the same!For the biscuits, I used whole wheat flour instead of white and almond milk instead of soy.
This looks amazing. Why oh why is my house’s kitchen not better equipped?? I might have to speak with residential life about this matter.

margarine instead of butter in biscuits sounds horrible.
