Hey Nats, (an excerpt from an email from my darling mother)

My big pet peeve, however, is LANGUAGE in your blog!  99.9% of the time, it is witty, interesting, cute, reflective, informative and fun!  But occasionally you copy something that includes a few or more expletives.  I’ve made only one tiny comment about that - once - long ago.
 
When you reblog people’s clever commentaries, is there a way to **** the vulgar words?.  YOU hear swearing so much in the working world, to the sad point where people drop expletives without any effort to use a more precise word.  Yeah, there are times when these expletives are ”appropriate” and effective  (e.g. film dialogue amongst soldiers, pirates, prisoners, agents and hockey players, etc.)  Not my cup of tea, but I get it….  BUT, I am quite offended when it is in print, and can be avoided.  I think that, since you own your blog, your writings including reblogged selections are a reflection of YOU.  Why not keep it classy?
