I wasn’t too fond of it but it seemed like the majority of my friends loved it. It was quite a hit! A little frothy for me. And I also am not a beer type.

Ale boiled with butter, sugar, an egg yolk and topped with a whipped cream and nutmeg.

YES. Not sure how I feel about the egg yolk… How did that taste?? Love the nut meg. I feel like this would be delicious with pumpkin ale. Maybe I’m just obsessed with pumpkin ale. Either way, come next fall, I’m trying it.
